COVID 19 SAFETY PLEDGE • WFH for team members with virtual office tool capabilities and online security. • Incorporate social distancing, masks and touchless interactions, and in-home engagements virtually. • Certified cleaning and disinfectant services for venues and supplies. • PPE and PPE-compliant attire for staff, crew and event brand ambassadors on site. • Option to offer complimentary PPE to attendees. • Monitor in-market data and plan in advance alternative strategies to pivot if needed. • Require adherence to social distancing and masks by attendees from licensed and bonded security. • Rapid testing of crew and staff prior to entry at event site utilizing licensed medical teams within health code and HIPAA requirements. • Option to integrate rapid testing on site for attendees prior to entry into event with secured location out of direct proximity of event entrance. • Option to include upgraded Sickness Expense Rider and Event Cancellation into insurance policy.
