I have had the pleasure of working with the Sense NY team since early 2019 when we engaged them to execute our Live at Aloft Hotels Homecoming Tour, a global series of branded events and performances in partnership with Universal Music Group targeted at music makers and music lovers. From the original pitch to the final execution, the team was committed to delivering strategic concepts that allowed the brand to reach its goals of increasing brand awareness, shifting brand perception and driving revenue. In an industry where fresh ideas can be hard to come by, Sense is consistently able to balance creativity, vision, and relevancy with the sense of urgency needed to execute flawlessly every time. Externally, they have helped to align us with premium vendors, garnering strong brand affinity and press. Sense successfully won our North America experiential business in 2016 with their strategic thinking, unparalleled attention to market-specific details and creative vision bringing our Economist content to life. They understand the niche area of real-world marketing, helping them earn over 150k subscriptions for us globally. It doesn’t stop with acquisitions; we’ve worked closely with the global Sense team to enhance our retention efforts and improve the customer experience end to end. This is a new wave of experiential marketing and we’ve been proud to take the journey with Sense.
