Catered receptions may be made through arrangement with Strand management. Catering companies must be ServSafe certified, and must clear all equipment (chafing racks, etc.) at the end of the event. A liquor license and liquor liability insurance is required for the sale of alcohol. The Strand Concession Stand is located midway through the lower lobby level. The Concession Stand is operated by Strand staff during all events.
