Upper Lobby

The upper lobby is divided into the reception lobby and the outer lobby. The reception lobby measures 26’ by 36’ (8 x 11 m) or 1,625 sq. ft. The lowest point of the ceiling is 11’ high, with recessed portions being 12’9” high. For events held in this area, the maximum occupancy is 80 people. This number may be reduced if there are tables and chairs used for events. The mezzanine lobby exits onto the staff parking lot on Wilbur Street. There are both men’s and women’s restrooms here. It is 17’ w x 46’ d (5.18 x 14 m) and the ceiling is 8’ high (2.44 m).
