Marking a massively triumphant return for ‘IRL’ events at large, Gymshark’s London-based creative team tapped Stoelt Productions to design, fabricate and execute one of the most significant in-person experiences since the beginning of the pandemic.
The Gymshark x Whitney Simmons v3 collaboration and product launch was a ‘Celebration of Progress.’
This immersive, two-day brand experience covered more the 10,000 sq. ft. of the DTLA, City Market Social House. The expansive setup included a fully functioning, one-of-kind retail store, panel talks, fun food, and endless shareable moments. Featuring the woman of the hour, Whitney Simmons, panel discussions focused on being a female businesswoman, body positivity, mental health, and fitness.
Led by the Gymshark creative team, the event narrative focused on both growth and effort to equal progress. From the moment guests stepped inside the venue, beautiful soaring arches, curved walls, hanging bubble chairs, and peek-a-boo windows set the tone for this inspiring and unique experience. The retail store, anchored by the center, circular dressing rooms featured custom fabricated fixtures and vignettes, showcasing the seven hero looks of the collection. Again, calling back to the growth and effort narrative, three looks focused on exercise and effort while the other three looks were created for rest and recovery.
The result was an unparalleled, uplifting, and inspirational experience.
