Located in Downtown Los Angeles’ Fashion District, City Market Social House is the only newly-renovated contemporary warehouse that boasts 20,000 square feet of highly configurable private event venue space. Once LA’s oldest produce market, the stunning vaulted bow truss ceilings, concrete and exposed brick walls, and a free-flowing indoor-outdoor open-air marketplace come to life to host the city’s hottest industry events, award shows, product launches, conferences, private celebrations, and more. Situated less than a mile from landmarks like the Los Angeles Convention Center and Staples Center, this contemporary warehouse anchors the reimagined City Market South, a massive, historic property that has also been transformed into a destination for world-class dining in the vibrant, creative Fashion District of Downtown LA. City Market Social House has the ability to activate ancillary spaces in City Market South which can accommodate multiple tented areas, a boxed tree courtyard with views of the DTLA skyline, or the entire 12 acre campus for events up to 5000 people!

City Market Social House is supported by onsite production company Vox Productions. Vox productions provides creative solutions and media event infrastructure. Technical production capabilities include: audio, lighting, video and stage design, implementation and execution; power distribution, rigging, engineering and permitting; a fabrication department for custom build structures, printing and branding.

Parking: Valet is available at $34 per car (all inclusive) Self-parking at a nearby lot is available at $15 per car Lyft/Uber is very convenient and used by most guests Production/Crew/Staff parking is $12 per car – we require this to ensure that all staff members working the event have a reliable and safe parking spot.


The venue doesn’t own any furniture, china, glassware or flatware. This can all be secured from a rental company of your choice.

Load In

Load-in Days are available at $8,750 for 12 hours of use.

Cleaning and Trash Removal

The following cleaning services are included in the rental price: (1) 3 yard dumpster for regular trash and (1) recycling 1 trash porter for 5 hours of event time Pre and Post event cleaning

Discounts for Nonprofits

We are happy to extend a 10% non-profit special consideration on venue rental fees.
