Hi Guys, I am working on a new event that is 100% sustainable. Who are your sustainable vendors you like?
for fabrication?
Canary Marketing for the merch/SWAG
I’d also contact Radish catering to ask who they can recommend outside of SF/Bay Area.
The entire event is going to be sustainable. so all elements from catering to fabrication to lighting and more
location?
Sustainable as well... we are looking at the Brooklyn Grange which is a rooftop farm in BK
I know there are some great companies that do sustainable carting and re-purposing and composting etc for removals but I am wondering about sustainable materials for event fabrications et al.
Sustainable how. We are a sustainability-led planning company based in NYC. We work with a ton of intentional/sustainability-focused vendors. But sustainability isn't just green. Are you talking specifically about zero waste/net-zero sustainability?
zero waste venue, sustainable caterer, sustainable fabrication and furniture, et al sustainable carting/compostables...

Hello!! I am looking for a US swag vendor that is FANTASTIC at logistics/shipping. We sadly have had quite a few hiccups with our current vendor on the shipping and fulfillment side so wanted to see if anyone has a vendor they recommend. Asks are that they can hold all inventory and that they have the functionality of a 'store' for us to place orders from. Thanks!
Hi All.. does anyone have a swag recommendation for the following (i've searched the thread but no luck):
• 3 x options (a backpack, duffle weekender and a tote that works for a laptop)
• Leather if possible but most likely too expensive, so faux leather if not
• Sustainable if possible, but if not at this stage then we are aware on timelines
• Backpack reference image below
• 400 x units (can be a mix of all 3 items)
• Cost per item - $100-$130 including branding
• Delivery to New York by 28th September
Hello! Can anyone recommend some of their favourite sustainable / eco - friendly venues in NYC with space that would fit up to 100?
Hi all! Looking for sustainable swag ideas that are not water bottles. 🌱
Hi! Has anyone used Nadel for swag? Deciding between them and Canary for our flagship giveaways
Hi everyone! Want to share an amazing experience with one of the catering companies from San Francisco. The client was looking for something lowkey and budget friendly - lunchboxes for 450 people. I found Radish - they make boxed lunches using local food communities and Michelin star chefs recipes. The quality and presentation was just amazing, 5 out 5 stars from me and from everyone who was at the event. Overall price was under $20K including breakfast for 50 ppl, 450 lunch boxes, labor, setup, delivery. Their floor managers and staff were just wonderful. They also have a parent company Foxtail for more elevated catering and Tonic - a full-service beverage catering. (I do not have any affiliation with them, this is just from my experience 🙂) Reach out for intros!
Hi everyone, Im currently looking for a new swag provider that handles all inventory storage and shipping. My team typically support 250~ events a year so need a vendor that can handle of lot of shipping logistics. I’ve looked at Creative Promo and Canary, Any others that people have worked with and would recommend?
Hey everyone! Hope you're all having a great start to the week! I am looking for a premium swag company in California. The event I'm working on is an exclusive dining experience with a renowned chef so we need luxury branded items to be gifts for the guests as well as dressing, think embossed leather aprons, dish towels, blankets, napkins etc.
I'm based in London so have little experience with companies based out of California to have complete confidence in the quality I would be getting so any first hand recommendations would be really appreciated! Also, open to companies based elsewhere in North America as shipping is an option and would be cheaper than shipping from the UK. Thanks!

Looking for restaurant recommendations that are open on a Sunday night (7:30 PM), mid-to-upscale for ~9 people in San Francisco (ideally downtown-ish area). Some of the places I've found that look great aren't open on Sundays!
