Hi everyone! Want to share an amazing experience with one of the catering companies from San Francisco. The client was looking for something lowkey and budget friendly - lunchboxes for 450 people. I found Radish - they make boxed lunches using local food communities and Michelin star chefs recipes. The quality and presentation was just amazing, 5 out 5 stars from me and from everyone who was at the event. Overall price was under $20K including breakfast for 50 ppl, 450 lunch boxes, labor, setup, delivery. Their floor managers and staff were just wonderful. They also have a parent company Foxtail for more elevated catering and Tonic - a full-service beverage catering. (I do not have any affiliation with them, this is just from my experience 🙂) Reach out for intros!
Thank you for sharing this!
Foxtail and Tonic are fantastic, so I'm not surprised one of their subsidiaries is this exceptional! Thank you for sharing (and for the intro to them a couple weeks back). Glad your event was a success.
We love Radish, I have them in our office about 1x month for our weekly lunches. I am always impressed with their communication, customer service and attention to detail!
Good morning, all! Does anyone have any recommendations for in-person mixology class vendors? Looking specifically for New York and San Francisco. Thank you! Also, if anyone is ever looking for a mixology class in New Orleans, we had the BEST expereince at the New Orleans Drink Lab. Highly recommend!
Hi all - Anyone have any go to corporate caterers for the San Francisco area that they love!?

Hi all! We're looking for an event to bring ~30 folks to in San Francisco in November. Things like sporting events suites (but on a weekday - so no 49ers, and the Warriors are a no-go) or big public events where we can treat our people like VIPs. Any locals have any suggestions? TY!
Looking for a fun event venue near the Mascone Center in SF...think not your typical cocktail/networking (ps. spin is unavailable)
I’m on Vendry going through a ton of restaurants in SF - while I’m doing it maybe someone can recommend a recent experience with a private room or secluded area for a 10-12 people dinner? Business but intimate and friendly, not too posh. budget $3500 (realistic for SF?).
Hi! Any favorite private dining rooms in San Francisco for 12ppl - need a great wine list with Italian focus. Thanks!
Hello!
I’m searching for distinctive venues in San Francisco for an event in November. They should have the capacity to host more than 400 attendees. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Looking for a venue in Silicon Valley (probably not as far down as San Jose) for about 30 C-suite executives. Can be a restaurant (buyout or private room), cultural institution, winery, etc. Open to any high-end ideas. Thanks!
I am looking for a premium/high end event space for about 100 people for a one day event in November that also has space for breakouts in San Francisco. Not sure if anyone knows of any private spots or function space that would be accommodating to a small group with plenty of space for smaller group meetings.
Hi everyone! Does anyone have any venue recommendations in San Francisco (capacity: 3,000)?
Looking for a great SF restaurant private room, ideally 30-50 people. Needs to be fully private (not open to the main room of a restaurant).
Hey all! Does anyone have an AV company they love in the Bay area/ Silicon Valley area? We are doing an event at the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay and I would love to not use their in-house offering...thanks!
Hey Friends! Looking for recos for a restaurant in the San Fran area for dinner/dancing for 50-75 people? Thanks in advance for your help!
<!here>, we're kicking off this channel to be a dedicated space to support one another as event tech continues to rapidly evolve. This post on LinkedIn inspired me to ask - are you willing to share your event tech stack with the group here? It might help inspire other members to look into new solutions, or ask for your more specific advice or opinion on tech you currently use. As a reminder, we also have the #ai-for-events channel for those interested.

We could use some help from this amazing community -- we are trying to source venues in Boston and SF for June and our client has little to no money. We've looked at Loft on Two in Boston - and similar locations in SF (but they are just too pricey).
1 1/2 day program
150 people in SF and 75 people in BOS
Need main presentation room + 2 small breakout rooms + space to serve lunch
If the venue has built in AV, that is a plus b/c our AV budget is super small too.
Any ideas you may have is much appreciated.
Favorite San Francisco photographers for a 3 hour reception? Not a huge budget - hoping for +/- $300 an hour
Hey everyone! Does anyone know a good event photographer in SF?
