The Manhattan Studios at 28 West 36th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue’s are 2 blocks North of the Empire State Building. The Penthouse and 11th Floor, each 4,500 sq. ft. have terrific light from windows facing North, South and West. The Penthouse gets additional light from 4 skylights, has a beautiful country kitchen and a large set bathroom with an open shower and vintage claw foot bathtub. The 11th Floor Studio has antique wide plank Oak floors, a fireplace and mantle with built-in bookcases and a Cherry stairway that connects to the Penthouse. There’s a smaller (2,000 sq. ft.) studio on the 10th Floor that shares the same great light and views as the larger studios but has a unique cement floor and a smaller apartment style shooting kitchen.
