The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant is a former factory located within the Milwaukee Junction area of Detroit, Michigan, in the United States.
The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant Museum is one of the oldest surviving automobile factories in the world. Opened in 1904 and the birthplace of the Model T, this U.S. National Historic Landmark is dedicated to the interpretation and celebration of Detroit’s automotive heritage and spirit of innovation. Through guided tours, film, exhibits and more than 60 rare vehicles, the museum brings to life the industrial, cultural, and social history of the City of Detroit just after the turn of the century.

Payments made are fully refundable only if Owner is unable to deliver the reserved space. If Renter is unable to fulfill its commitment and provides written notice to Owner 10 months before the event date, the Renter will be refunded up to 90% of any payments made. If notice is given in writing 6 months before the event date, the Renter will be refunded up to 50% of any payments made. No refunds will be given other than mentioned above.
