Total Management Group worked with one of our Fintech clients to create a 3 day Offsite for 90 of their employees. As employees work remotely from around the world, the main aim of the Offsite was to bring everyone together for bonding, collaboration and engagement. Total Management facilitated the all planning & logistics for the free day offsite, consisting of a 2 day conference & AV set up, wellness workshops, 3 evening social events, late night entertainment and SWAG/branding designed by Total Management Groups Studio team.
