Netflix Indies Team

Total Management successfully organized an intimate offsite for the Netflix Light Indies team. We were requested to drive all aspects of the event from inception to execution, from contracting the accommodation at Ojai Valley Inn, supporting with meeting requirements to curating all socials. Each morning, guests had the option for on-site activities such as yoga and tennis before the full day of meetings. Throughout the duration, Total Management oversaw all planning logistics, managed budgets and payments, as well as providing on-site support.
