Pento Summit

Total Management Group worked with one of our Fintech clients to create a 5 day Offsite for 65 of their employees. As employees work remotely from around the world, the main aim of the Offsite was to bring everyone together for bonding, collaboration and engagement. The 5 day trip consisted of a 3 day conference, private meetings, team activities, 3 evening social events, late night entertainment and SWAG designed by Total Management Groups Studio team.
