Global Music Offsite

Total Management teamed up with Global Music, to create an offsite for their 400 person Music team - their first off site since the Pandemic. The group spent 3 days in Barcelona for the main event, and an additional day either side of the event for smaller offshoot events for the Partnerships and Editorial teams. Total Management managed the entire event including accommodation, meeting and breakouts, event offshoots, evening socials, team activities, artist performances and expert guest speakers. The event design concept, as developed by Total Management Studio, was showcased across all aspects of the event from SWAG and Offsite essentials such as lanyards and agendas, to event signage and branding at each venue.
