Authentic SOHO loft’s located in the heart of historical Manhattan's SOHO district. We offer unique loft spaces available for your next special event
Privately owned unique commercial loft spaces available for both daily and short term. Located in the heart of Manhattan’s SOHO district. Primarily used for pop ups, product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, movie and television, and photoshoots. With a total of 30,000 continuous square feet, plus two newly acquired loft spaces on our 4th and 5th floors, all located in the same building totaling 50,000 sq. feet. The lofts are highly customizable. Currently, there are 4 distinct lofts available: Ground floor and lower level, Second floor and 4th and 5th floors. Floors 4 and 5th come built-out , furnished with built out kitchens. Please inquire and would be happy to send additional photos. Constructed in 1890, this cast-iron building was a bustling area of Manhattan and was occupied by famous textile manufacturing businesses. The lofts still retain many of the original details. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200) that goes from Broadway to Mercer streets one of only 5 in SOHO. They have natural light flooding in through 16-foot ground floor and 14 foot second floor sash windows looking out onto Mercer and Broadway. There are commercial parking in the neighborhood. Transportation options are available as well but must be prearranged. Additional fees would apply.
Depending on what floor is being rented. We do have spreadsheet available of all the furniture available on our 4th and 5th floors.

We are not a traditional event space but rather a privately owned building. We are not a sound stage. our upper floor loft spaces are quieter than our lower floors since they are further away from the Broadway street traffic.
Once our licensee agreement is signed all fees are due and are non-refundable. The reason for this is we receive many requests from potential clients and if you sign an agreement the payment of fees secures your dates and we have to ass on other inquires. If your client also even if the agreement is signed then we are unable to book those dates as our other holds went to find another location.
There are several options available for load in/out. On our ground floor/lower level there is roll in street access at our 477 Broadway entrance and stair access at our 52 Mercer entrance. For our upper floors we have an elevator at our 52 Mercer entrance.
We have several acres points which makes our location unique like no other in SOHO.. We are one of the only event spaces in soho that has entrances on both Broadway and Mercer. Guests can access our 477 Broadway entrance which is the major through fair of SOHO with 50 feet of store frontage and lots of foot traffic and ground level and then exit through our 52 Mercer entrance. This entrance is more quintessential allure of SOHO with cobble stone streets, high end boutiques.
With over 30,000 sq. feet of rental space one can dedicate storage.
We offer both pre cleaning, event ready cleaning and post cleaning. We also offer bathroom attendants as well as porter services. This is all for additional fees.
Our venue does require TPA (Temporary Permit of Assembly) for an event or pop up product launch that has over 74 people.Photoshoots and tv commercials or excluded from this requirement. We also require COI's and Workman's compensation. If liquor is to be severed we also require an SLA to be filled and our catering company to provide liquor liability insurance.
