Brisket Southern BBQ & Bar is Zurich's very first southern BBQ Restaurant.
Back in Zurich, we spent a few weeks thinking about how to use our experience here in Texas can place on the Swiss market. It was important to us that the product remained authentic and but with the restaurant we have created our very own signature, the Brisket in Zurich a unique experience. Our homemade spice blends, from black coffee with pepper for our beef brisket to our mix of brown sugar and cinnamon for pulled pork. Creations that make our product so special and unique. The basis of our recipe rests but always based on the long tradition of Texan barbecue. The vibe in our restaurant is also something very special: our concept is permeated by old school hip hop (Is that because we're huge hip hop fans?), the light in our store is atmospherically dimmed and it's just the perfect spot for a night out with friends. Our next milestone: Brisket is coming to Zug! From May 2022 we will serve you our barbecue at Freiruum in Zug. So: If you are in the vicinity, you should definitely stop by.
