Tabard Theatre Company
Tabard Theatre (formerly Theatre on San Pedro Square) is an intimate and unique venue located upstairs in the former Farmers’ Union building, established in 1874.
It brings a touch of Manhattan to the South Bay with its rustic yet edgy feel. Original brick walls, plush leather seats, antique wood plank floors, and a 35-foot mahogany bar create a lush authentic atmosphere. The three-quarter round cabaret stage— described by artists as “a room that feels big and small at the same time” — is the perfect setting for live music and theatre. Add to that two large screen TVs on either side of the stage, a retractable projection screen center stage, three hi-def remote controlled cameras, and full livestreaming capabilities, and you have a venue that can also handle a wide range of business and social events from seminars and conferences, to product launches, weddings or private parties.
