Our team spent significant resources to bring to life this vibrant and modern venue and event space. The original red brick walls abutting the white brick and massive original wood columns, forms an outstanding ambiance that needs very little, if any, decor. However, we’ve seen clients take this flexibility and create some of the most stunning weddings and events we’ve ever seen.
Since 2017, we have been changing the way beverage service works for weddings and events. We’re focused on providing the ultimate experience and options for your beverage wants and needs. We offer a variety of customizable packages, including Cash Bars. Ask for our Beverage Kit to pick your BEST experience. Catering packages available at an extra cost.

PARKING There are plenty of parking structures within 1.5 blocks from THE 101. Parking Attendant and Valet available at an extra cost.
TABLES AND CHAIRS We provide and set-up seating for up to 200 of your guests. 10 BISTRO TABLES So you and your guests can mingle. Linens available at an extra cost.
24 HOUR RENTALS We offer an hourly rate available Monday – Thursday (with a 4 hour minimum).
