Meadowsweet is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Williamsburg that opened in the summer of 2014 by husband and wife team Polo Dobkin and Stephanie Lempert. At Meadowsweet, chef Dobkin showcases a thoughtful, modern American menu in the bright and airy space.
