The Douglas Boardroom is the perfect location for your corporate meetings and even a small reception. The centerpiece is the original Executive Dining Room table that was constructed in 1953 and installed in the Douglas plant located in Santa Monica. This is one the Museum of Flying’s premier artifacts and when one thinks about the history of the company and it’s influence on the region – and beyond – one can only imagine the magic that might come about from holding a meeting here. The Boardroom is really two primary spaces, the Boardroom itself and the connecting Reception Parlor. Adjacent to the Reception Parlor is the Museum’s theater, which has a large flat-screen television that is perfect for doing a presentation if you desire. The Boardroom is available for rent from Monday through Thursday for a maximum of 10 hours. additional time and days are possible but are at the discretion of the Special Events office. There is no discount if you choose not to use the theater.
