A Philly arts space. The Maas Building offers space rentals as Second Floor, or Full Building rentals. The Second floor rental is available year round for private events, art performances, rehearsals, classes, and photoshoots. The Maas Event Space is a mid-sized event space and dance studio that is available for performances, receptions, parties, workshops. With wood floors, high ceilings and original exposed brick, the space features the industrial history of the building. Heavy beams and steel that once hoisted trolleys traverse the space and offer a plethora of decorating options.
