The Old Globe is one of the country's leading regional theatre complexes, California's oldest professional theatre, and San Diego's largest theatre organization. With diverse programming and a commitment to both classic and contemporary works, the Globe presents 15 productions and nearly 600 performances annually on its three Balboa Park stages. The Conrad Prebys Theatre Center houses two of these stages - the 580-seat Old Globe Theatre and the 250-seat Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre. The 620-seat Lowell Davies Festival Theatre serves as The Old Globe's outdoor venue and is home to the summer Shakespeare Festival.
