A cocktail bar celebrating the rich Asian culture and history of San Francisco, Dark Bar is our tenebrous nook on the lobby level. The bar’s spirit list is sourced from Asia and Southeast Asia, the service features a table-side highball cart, and the cocktail menu puts fresh seasonal elements in league with preserved and fermented ingredients, designed by bar maestro Danny Louie. Small bites, substantial and vegetarian-focused, are also on offer from Executive Chef Joe Hou.
