Degustation is the act of sampling a variety of courses and wine. At Degust, we elevate the guest experience with the addition of a great atmosphere and music.
Executive Chef Eric Johnson has created an intimate 20-seat restaurant in which guests can interact with the Chef during plating throughout the entirety of service. At Degust, we do not define our cuisine by a particular type. Degust is ever evolving creating an imaginative, creative, and innovative dining experience. Wine pairings are guided by Sommelier Ashley Havens who provides knowledgeable insight on her global pairings. There’s no other tasting menu like it in Houston.
