Our fish is sourced mainly from Japanese fish market. As for the sushi rice, we use specially selected sushi-grade rice produced in Hokkaido, Japan. The sushi rice is known for its fluffy and balanced flavors. At Ouji Sushi, not only chef Ben can keep on enjoying making sushi in his quiet, private space, we also hope all our customers will have a unique experience in here as well. We’ll continually make sure to offer the best fish at a great value. So far, the restaurant only offer one omakase course menu to fit your appetite and budget.
