Caruso Nuovo Bistrot
The Caruso Nuovo Bistrot was born inside the Grand Hotel et de Milan and with its pleasant veranda overlooks the Piazza Croce Rossa, becoming a reference and meeting point for the quadrilateral of via Montenapoleone.
A new name, a new image, a new interior project created by Dimorestudio and a new team led by chef Gennaro Esposito and his executive chef Francesco Potenza. The menu includes traditional Neapolitan and Milanese dishes in a game of courses to share in a fun and pleasant way. The Caruso Nuovo restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner. The lunch menu is leaner and quicker, while the dinner proposal is designed for a more relaxed meal with friends.
