Yume Ga Arukara - Seaport

Yume Ga Arukara, in Japanese, means “Because I Have Dream”. It was founded in 2016 by Tsuyoshi Nishioka & Juan Carlos Vidal. Their partnership was inevitable as both of them are well established in the Japanese culinary scene in Boston. Udon has been in existence for over 1000 years and is prepared and served in a variety of ways. At Yume Ga Arukara, we let our udon shine through in its simplest form with a cold dipping sauce and topped with sweet & savory beef.
