The dream for the Cedars was that it would become a place where people could gather and experience the warm, Middle Eastern-flavored hospitality of St. Raymond’s Maronite Catholic Church. Before the development boom of the mid to late 1990’s continuing even today, there were not many welcoming places where residents and employees could relax and enjoy each other’s company. For many years, the old St. Raymond’s Hall provided a place for social events and famous Middle Eastern Cuisine.
