The Fulton is the chef’s first seafood restaurant – located in an area of the city Vongerichten fell in love with when he first encountered the energy of the former Fulton Fish Market in 1986. With a hat tip to that history of the Seaport District, the menu focuses on the best ingredients and the bounty of the ocean and beyond. For four decades, Vongerichten has cultivated a loyal following of diners who follow him around the world. The chef now helms 36 (and counting) restaurants, including ABC Kitchen, abcV and Public Kitchen here in New York, Market in Paris, and Mercato in Shanghai and Guangzhou.
