Come and treat yourself to strawberries at La Poutinerie, the restaurant specializing in 100% French poutines! Inspired by the traditional Quebec recipe, we make ours using French and regional products, starting with the 3 basic ingredients: our fries, homemade of course, are cut from Picardy potatoes which ensures them of superior quality all year round; our cheese curds (couic couic cheese!) come from responsible production and originate from Savoie; and our homemade gravy sauce delicately coats the mixture of fries and cheese. And remember, fat is life!
