RONGROS

Welcome to “Rongros” (โรงรส), literally translated as “the house of flavours”. I still remember the days when my grandfather would sometimes go into the kitchen himself just because there was a certain plate with a certain flavour he wanted to recreate, and our cook just wasn’t up to the task. Although they were often very simple homemade dishes, grandpa always had a way to make them super special. The warm scents of his home cooked meals were carved into my childhood memories; they gave me a sense of comfort and joy, a memory I long dreamt to one day share with all my friends, and that’s how “Rongros” (โรงรส) was born.
