Among many others, these three terms could define Akelarre's style, although a single spirit has guided it since its beginnings, that of improvement. A desire for continuous improvement and improvement that leads us to question everything, to ask ourselves why not do things differently. This philosophy led us to want to elevate the offering of our restaurant, with a complete 5-star accommodation experience and all the comforts that can be expected from a luxury hotel. Thus, in 2017 Akelarre Hotel was born, one of the few hotels in the world that has its own 3 Michelin star restaurant.
