Melting Pot's first project in Bolivia is GUSTU, a haute cuisine restaurant that offers a simple and innovative gastronomic experience using exclusively Bolivian products. Our aim is to showcase the productive potential, cultural richness, and biodiversity of the country, while revaluing and recognizing Bolivian native products and flavors. Since opening in 2013, GUSTU has worked with deep respect for each product, sourcing from all of Bolivia's ecosystems and embracing the diverse cultural richness that forms the basis of our national identity.
