You can’t do it all on your own… so, here we are. Atelier Manna was created to provide a soulful place for the community to feel at ease, and inspired. A place where the community can be served nourishing, quality ingredients with innovation and imagination at the forefront. Atelier Manna represents the continuation of Chef Andrew Bachelier’s lifelong dream and is the culmination of over two decades of hospitality, unparalleled dedication, and experience leading & innovating in the hallowed kitchens of some of the world's finest restaurants. Alongside Chef De Cuisine Marlaw Seraspi, Bachelier & the culinary team will have a space to explore their inspirations and share their talents with the community. As a pop-up installation, Atelier Manna currently operates as a chef-driven breakfast and lunch café, test kitchen, and creative space for the community. The menu changes often to reflect what we find at the farmers markets, and as the seasons change. Over time, the concept will evolve to begin hosting chef collaboration dinners, supper clubs, private events for members of the community, and much more.
