We are convinced that the seasonality of products is the key to offering authentic, quality cuisine, which is why we work with local producers to offer you, every day, ten plates between €10 and €20 to share. We are also keen to promote responsible consumption of animal products, favoring quality rather than quantity. Thus, we regularly cook popular dishes based on tripe and offal products.
