In Manat, we offer you Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine with Japanese notes, tasty and respectful of nature. We prepare each dish with the same attention to detail, whether it is meat, fish, or vegetable-based.
We are convinced that the seasonality of products is the key to offering authentic, quality cuisine, which is why we work with local producers to offer you, every day, ten plates between €10 and €20 to share. We are also keen to promote responsible consumption of animal products, favoring quality rather than quantity. Thus, we regularly cook popular dishes based on tripe and offal products. We firmly believe that every dish should be appreciated for its taste and nutritional value, whether it contains meat or not.
