Restaurant with ancient tradition, founded in 1868 by Antonino Ercolano , seminarian, who had learned the art of cooking in the kitchen of the local archbishop's seminary. He transformed two small rooms, on Corso Italia, into a small trattoria which he called "La Favorita". His friends immediately began to frequent the place and, due to his unrealized priestly vocation, they called him " 'o Parrucchiano ", which in Neapolitan means "parish priest".
