Vâgh íñ ufézzí
A typical Bolognese tavern where culinary tradition is considered a great value. We are Mirco and Antonella, "he" in the kitchen and "she" in the dining room, we are waiting for you for dinner in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
The origins of our restaurant date back to the early 1900s; since then there have been various managements such as Signora Maria, more recently Sale e Pepe, until 2005 when we took over with Casa Carati, a small restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine. Since September 2013 we have transformed into a tavern, renewing the appearance of the restaurant, but returning to the tradition of classic Bolognese cuisine. “Me a vâgh íñ ufézzí“, was the ancient way of saying of the Bolognese grandparents to indicate when they went to the tavern and did not want to be disturbed because for them it was an inviolable place.
