Wolf

The creation of the historic Special, Mingo, BLT, and Turkey sandwiches dates back to that time, to which were added the hamburgers and hotdogs, thanks to the enthusiasm of the numerous American and foreign students in general from the nearby American University. The Pub was their usual meeting place for many years and has also become so for many Bolognese of different generations. In 1995, after many years of collaboration, Andrea, son of Wolfrano, took over the management, pursuing tradition with some innovations... among these were the concerts, which in a few years had become pleasant and appreciated events both in winter and summer, thanks to the opening of the veranda adjacent to the garden.​ In 2000, Fausto joined the management, whose contribution consolidated the centrality of the Wolf as a meeting point for the city.
