L'Envers du Décor

The first historic wine bar in Saint-Emilion, L'Envers du Décor was founded in 1987 by François des Ligneris and taken over in February 2017 by the Perse family, owner of Château Pavie and the Hôtel de Pavie. Over the years, l'Envers du Décor, Saint-Emilion's emblematic restaurant, has become the village's essential address. Take advantage of the calm of the garden for a gourmet break. Located at the back of the restaurant room, the shaded terrace adjoins the walls of the Collegiate Church.
