Fondazione Giorgio Cini
The uniqueness of the architecture of Palladio and Longhena, the central position, the tranquility of the island, characterize the Giorgio Cini Foundation, making it a unique and ideal place for events, conferences, events and meetings.
The Giorgio Cini Foundation, founded in 1951 at the behest of Vittorio Cini, with the aim of remembering his son Giorgio who tragically died on 31 August 1949 in a flight accident in Cannes, constitutes the first example in Italy of the creation of a private organization which places itself among its main aims were humanistic research, in a period in which economics, science and technology were at the center of collective interest.
