Our dishes are always prepared with simple, yet sophisticated presentation, using only the best ingredients available. We believe in classic dishes with a creative twist, which is reflected in our signature dishes such as our Los Agaves Enchiladas—filled with fresh halibut and shrimp, red pepper, onions, and topped with our smoky chipotle sauce - or our Chiles Nortenos - stuffed with shrimp and Oaxaca cheese and topped with chipotle dressing.
