Cache Cache prides itself in sourcing out the finest ingredients with an emphasis on local, Colorado farms whenever possible. As our home is located nearly 8000ft in the spectacular Roaring Fork Valley, we rely on local greenhouses and front-range farms in the winter. In the summer months, local farms on the Western Slope from Palisade to Delta and in the North Fork Valley from Paonia to Olathe are teeming with abundance.
