The Pig’s Ear Restaurant was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2009, we are included in the most current 2022 edition of the Michelin Guide. Rooms available for private hire with seating for up to 55 guests available for parties, weddings, conferences, product launches, tour groups etc. We have 3 beautiful rooms overlooking Trinity playing grounds, which can be booked exclusively for parties or corporate dining for groups of up to 40 on our first floor, up to 50 in our Mirror Room or 10 guests in our third floor Library private dining room.
