At Parrillan Borough Yards, our chefs cook beautiful Spanish produce over the flames of a wood-fired grill; whole fish, Galician steaks, arroces and seasonal vegetables. Outside on the terrace, guests can also cook our meticulously sourced ingredients over their own mini parrillas. A largely Spanish list offers wines, sherries and Cavas by the glass and bottle. There is also a dedicated Gin and Tonic menu and a list of cocktails by the glass and carafe.
