On the menu resident chef Giovanni Bavuso has created a sublime gastronomic experience, starting with the Plateau Royal, a celebration of assorted raw fish from clams and scampi to tuna and cuttlefish, a veritable feast of Mediterranean flavors. Main courses include out-of-this-world spaghetti alla chitarra with sea urchins and breaded black cod medallions.
