Nav is located in the very center of Zagreb, and it was conceived as a place where you can enjoy dishes that combine tradition and modernity in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The research of old, often forgotten dishes from the Croatian region and modern techniques are the two fundamental components of our work, and in the preparation of each dish we focus on the way of processing the ingredients in order to extract the best of the flavors from them, but in a slightly different way.
