A blend of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine in which ingredients, flavors , cooking techniques and methods are combined, both cuisines. It was created when Japanese expatriates, who arrived in Peru in large numbers, began to combine their dishes with the flavors and cooking techniques of indigenous Peruvian dishes.
