The Gasthaus Scherz stands for Austrian cuisine, clearly prepared with strong aromas and from a professional hand. After many years as head chef in what was then a very good Austrian restaurant, I am happy to be able to cook for you! However, not old-fashioned, but always with an eye on modern methods of preparation such as sous-vide cooking in a vacuum. Even with all future orientation, the best roast still has to be roasted in the classic way with heat and calm! The focus is on unusual spices, dry-aged meat and vegetables from the old days.
