Gruber's

Since 1999, the Austrian Franz A. Gruber, a trained chef, restaurant specialist and state-certified hotel manager, has been running Gruber's Restaurant in Cologne. The hospitable address on Clever Straße has quickly become a culinary institution in Cologne. In addition to the warmth of Austrian hospitality, it is above all the quality of the food and the huge range of fine wines and brandies from the Alpine Republic that have made Gruber's a haven of Austrian hospitality.
