The Glashaus Restaurant presents a modern kitchen led by Chef Maarten Feldmeijer. After successfully completing his apprenticeship, his journey through the gourmet kitchens of France and the Netherlands led him to our city of Cologne. In the kitchen, he emphasizes the constant development of creative dishes that focus on the excellent quality of their components.
